  • Q. How can you find us the right person?
  • A. We work alongside you to find the best possible person to fit in with and complement your existing team. We take time and care to ensure that we are fully briefed on the job and the type of person required. This may mean coming to your company and meeting other members of staff if appropriate, or a visit to your premises to see the type of person who would fit in well, first time.
  • Q. Do we pay anything if we decide not to recruit through you?
  • A. It goes without saying that no placement, no fee. We will ask you to sign a form accepting our terms and conditions, but you do not pay anything if you decide not to employ one of our candidates.
  • Q. What happens if the placement doesn’t work out?
  • A. In the unlikely event of a placement not being successful, we have a sliding scale of refund of fees within the first 12 weeks of the placement, or we will try and find you another candidate.
  • Q. I do not want my competitor to know I am recruiting/using you.
  • A. We do not mention who our clients are, without you granting permission for this.
  • Q. How can I be assured that my enquiry will be dealt with in a confidential and professional manner?
  • A. Drummond Read is used to acting discreetly and confidentially and we are the only fine art recruitment company to be governed by the REC, the recruitment industry’s professional body.
